Managed Servers

Most of the servers in the Server Farm are managed by the Systems Support group. Customers can establish Service Agreements with the Systems Support Group for systems administration support of Sun Solaris, Windows, and Red Hat Linux servers housed in the Server Farm.

A list of services such as system backup, operating system installation, and troubleshooting is available at the CIT Systems Support web page. If you're interested in contracting server management with the Systems Support group, send an e-mail to systems-support@cornell.edu
