CIT Unified Billing System
Everyone who uses (subscribes to) any of the CIT services associated with these reports has access to monthly statements showing their charges. (What services are included?)
In addition to the individual CIT Services Report, there are a number of other reports to help manage voice and data services. If you are a Kuali member or had access to the CIT Service Charges reports you will have access to the new Kuali reports. New Kuali reports have a prefix of Kuali. These reports will show billing information starting Fiscal Year 2012. Access is granted to 13 months of historical billing information using the old account number structure and old reports (if you had access to them prior before the start of Fiscal Year 2012).
Access to individual or departmental long distance charges or PBNs (Authorization Codes) can be provided upon request by emailing the CIT Billing Office at citbillingoffice@cornell.edu or calling 255-5400.
