Requests can be submitted by network administrators, telecom coordinators, or other persons providing technical support services for a department or unit.
- Request for Voice or Data Service -
use this online form to request any of the following services:
- Telephone installations, moves, and disconnections
- Wired or wireless data network installations, moves, and disconnections
- Authorization codes/PBN
- Calling cards
- Audix voice mail
- CUTV
