Steering Committee
A Steering Committee may be needed during this early process for large projects or where representatives from many different business areas of the University are needed to accurately develop project objectives, scope, and stakeholder involvement. They may also be needed to assist in resolving issues or making policy decisions during this process. This could be critical for later "buy in" of the project when there is a broad group of customers with multiple views and requirements.
