Make Changes to
Someone Else's Calendar

First, you must be set up as a designate

Making Changes to Someone Else's Calendar

  1. Sign in to Oracle Calendar as yourself, that is, using your own account. You do not need to sign in to the other person's account or know his or her password.

  2. When you want to work on someone else's agenda:
    • Click File, and from the menu, select Agenda, then Open As Designate....

      Open as Designate

    • If you are a designate for more than one person, all the people whose agendas you have access to will be listed. Select the agenda you would like to work on and click OK.
    • If you are a designate for only one person, that person's agenda will open as soon as you select Open as Designate....
  3. To work on another person's tasks
    • Click File, and from the menu, select Tasks, then Open As Designate....

    • If you are a designate for more than one person, all the people whose tasks you have access to will be listed. Select the agenda you would like to work on and click OK.
    • If you are a designate for only one person, that person's tasks will open as soon as you select Open as Designate....
  4. You can now begin making changes. In the In-Tray, you will see your own entries followed by the other person's entries.
